Product Description
T-shaped steel is a type of steel cast into the shape of a T. Because its section and the English letter "T" the same name.
T-section steel can be divided into two kinds: 1. It is directly divided into H-section steel. T-section steel uses the same standard as H-section steel (GB/T11263-2017), which is an ideal material to replace double-angle steel welding. It has the advantages of strong bending ability, simple construction, cost saving and light structural weight. 2. Hot-rolled T-shaped steel is mainly used in mechanical and filling hardware steel.
T-section steel code is corresponding to H-section steel. TW, TM and TN are used to represent T-section steel with wide flange, T-section steel with middle flange and T-section steel with narrow flange, respectively. The representation method is also the same as H-section steel. Its expression method is: height H width B web thickness t1 wing thickness t2.
The expression method of hot-rolled T-shaped steel is: height H×width B×web thickness t1×wing thickness t2.
